North America → Dominican Republic

We build your operation
in the Dominican Republic. Then we hand you the keys.

Legal setup, hiring, office, furnishing. In about three months you're running, and the operation is yours.

What you can build here

If the work fits in an office or on a laptop, it fits here.

Something not on this list? Tell us what it is. If it can be done well from a desk in Santo Domingo, we'll tell you what it would take. If it can't, we'll tell you that too.

Coming from a BPO?

Renting works. Until you count what it costs.

A BPO gets you into the Dominican Republic fast, and for a while that's enough. Then the invoices settle into a pattern: a margin on each seat, each month, for a team you'll never own, doing work you can't fully see. The alternative isn't going back home. It's owning the operation here, with your people, your office, and your standards, at a fraction of what you're paying to rent it.

Renting through a BPO

  • A margin on each seat, each month
  • Their people, their priorities
  • You scale on their terms
  • The relationship never ends

Owning your operation

  • You pay your team, not a middleman
  • Your people, chosen by you
  • You scale on your own terms
  • We set it up, then step away
How the model works

We've priced, staffed, and audited enough of these operations to know where the money goes.

A BPO's price bundles management, recruiting, quality assurance, facilities, redundancy, corporate overhead, and profit. You pay for the bundle whether you use it or not. Its incentive is a full floor, not your results, which is why an agent who fails on one account tends to reappear on another, and why the people on the floor are often the ones paid least.

Own the operation, and the bundle disappears. You keep what your team needs, decide who stays, and pay people well enough that they stay for the right reasons.

Case study

They came for an analysis. They stayed for an operation.

A North American security company asked one question: would the Dominican Republic work for them? The math checked. We built the operation, moved it live without their clients noticing, and today it runs at well under half of what a BPO quoted them.

Two ways to be here

Light and fast, or yours outright.

Your own operation

For standing teams: support, monitoring, finance, daily operations. Your entity, your office, your people. Built end to end and handed over running.

Contractors

For deliverable work: development, design, drafting, projects with a finish line. Professionals who contract directly with you. No local entity needed.

Not sure which fits? That's what the assessment settles.

How it works

Four steps. About three months.

01

Assessment

Whether the Dominican Republic makes sense for what you're building, and at what scale. If it doesn't, we say so.

02

We set it up

Legal, recruiting, office, equipment, coordinated end to end. We bring you vetted lawyers, managers, and candidates.

03

You choose your team

We only present people we believe will succeed. You decide who fits.

04

Clean handoff

Around three months in, you're running on your own.

You're not left exposed while things settle. In the first stretch after launch, if someone isn't the right fit, we help you change it. By the end you like your people and can run it without us. We put that in writing.

Let's see what your operation could look like.

Free, no commitment. Tell us what you're thinking of building and we'll tell you whether it makes sense here, and roughly what it would cost.
