This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Our form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit, which transmits the contents of your message to our email. These providers process data on our behalf so we can receive and answer your message.
We keep the information you send for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information. To make any request, email us at hello@groundworkdr.com and we will respond.

Groundwork is based in the Dominican Republic and serves clients in North America. If you contact us from outside the Dominican Republic, your information will be transferred to and processed where we and our service providers operate.
