What we collect
Only what you choose to send. The assessment form collects your name, company, work email, business type, what you want to build, approximate team size, and any notes. The cost calculator collects your email address and the answers you gave it, so we know what you were pricing. Nothing else is gathered, and we ask that you not send sensitive personal information through either one.
How we use it
To answer you, and where it makes sense, to talk about working together. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we share it only with the providers below.
Trackers
No advertising trackers and no data-selling analytics.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and handles standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure it. Web3Forms delivers form and calculator submissions to our email. Both process data on our behalf so we can receive and answer you.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete what we hold, and to ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information. Email hello@groundworkdr.com and we will respond. These rights reflect the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where they apply to you.
International visitors
Groundwork is based in the Dominican Republic and serves clients across North America. Contact us from elsewhere and your information is transferred to and processed where we and our providers operate.

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the most recent change.
